2016 Pro Bono Awards Dinner

MVLP hosted the Third Annual "Advancing Justice, Restoring Hope" Pro Bono Awards Dinner on September 15, 2016 at the Old Capitol Inn. The dinner served as our way to honor volunteer attorneys, law firms and businesses who have given tirelessly of their time to advancing MVLP’s mission. We were honored to have Phyllis Harris, Esq., Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Legal Operations of Walmart Stores, Inc., to serve as our keynote speaker. MVLP greatly appreciates individuals, businesses, organizations and agencies who have supported our fundraising efforts and helped us to recognize attorneys, law firms and law organizations throughout Mississippi who have been actively involved in delivering pro bono services to low-income individuals across Mississippi.
